Refund policy

ALL products and courses are final sale and non-refundable. Due to sanitary purposes, and the nature of SLA PRO, no returns or exchanges are offered at this time. 

 Damages and issues

All products are inspected to meet our standards before shipping. SLA PRO will not be held liable for shipping-related damages. 

Once packages are handed to shipping carriers, SLA PRO is no longer responsible for the packages. SLA PRO is not responsible for lost/stolen packages. 

Please ensure that all order information is correct; shipping address, payment type, and items to purchase. Any errors may result in your package being shipped back to our headquarters.
